Mutu consults constituents as they applaud lawmakers effective representation

The People of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency in Delta State have expressed satisfaction with the outstanding performance of Hon. Nicholas Mutu, the lawmaker representing the constituency.

The constituents also pledged continued support for the lawmaker in the 2027 general elections to build upon his legislative accomplishments, emphasizing that he had successfully attracted federal projects to all the communities in federal constituency.

This commendation was made on Monday during a consultation visit by the lawmaker to the headquarters of Bomadi and Patani, local government areas to garner support for his re-election in 2027.

In Bomadi, numerous leaders and stalwarts of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) praised the lawmaker for the infrastructure development attracted to the constituency, along with the various empowerment schemes for youth and women over the years.

The Executive Assistant to Gov Sheriff Oborevwori on Politics, Hon. Deinghan Macauley, praised the lawmaker for his steadfast delivery of democratic dividends to his constituents, stressing that Bomadians were eager to cast their votes for him come 2027.

Hon. Macauley urged all the people of Bomadi not to relent in their support for Hon Mutu.

The chairman of the APC, Bomadi local government area, Mr Perekeme Seleyeibo, also lauded Mutu for his youth and women empowerment initiatives, urged him to remain committed to the welfare of the people.

Former Vice Chairperson of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Flora Bripu, urged the women of Bomadi local government area to rally behind what she described as the "performing lawmaker".

Others who spoke included Chief Godwin Maze, Mr. Stanley Patrick, also known as Ogbakiri, the leadership of the Bomadi Student Union, and non-indigenes who spoke through King Para Ekiyes,

In Patani, the situation was no different, as constituents who gave Mutu a rousing welcome also voiced their support for the lawmaker's re-election.

In his speech, High Chief Godbless Omoni praised the lawmaker for his remarkable success in securing federal projects for Patani and its neighbouring communities.

He said: Over seventy percent of the roads in Patani and surrounding communities were initiated by Hon. Nicholas Mutu.

"There is no vacancy for the House of Representatives seat in Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency".He declared.

Mr. Julius Oruma, the chairman of APC in Patani local government area, warmly received Mutu and his entourage, emphasizing that the party would ensure a fair playing ground for all aspirants.

Hon. Brave Enodeh, Executive Assistant to Gov. Oborevwori on Public and Private Properties, remarked that the lawmaker's contributions to developmental projects were evident in all communities in Patani local government area.

He assured the lawmaker of the readiness of the people to vote overwhelmingly for his return to the National Assembly.

The Executive chairman of Patani Local Government Area, Hon. Isaac, who also commended Hon Mutu, urged constituents to refrain from spreading hatred, abuse and harassment on social media in the name of politics.

Mutu, in his remarks, expressed gratitude to all his constituents for their warm reception and unwavering support, and emphasized his commitment to continue to deliver the dividends of democracy from the federal level to his constituency.

He noted that the purpose of his consultation visit was to seek their support for the 2027 general elections.

"The purpose of my visit is to seek your support, to ask for your votes to enable me return to the House of Representatives in 2027."


"I am also here to express my gratitude for your unwavering support and to seek your continued backing, as well as to request your votes to facilitate my return to the House of Representatives in 2027.

"I have shown my commitment to the communities I represent, and I will continue to do same with greater commitment.
